If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, I am more than happy to offer an exchange, or refund your money.

Returns & Exchange Procedure

  • Returned item(s) must be received within 21 days of your order date, unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.
  • Refunds are not given for garments that are damaged due to care instructions not being followed.
  • Contact me via e-mail to notify of your return at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. that way I can ensure that your exchange is in stock and I can place the item(s) on hold for you. If the item is not available, I will email you and offer you a refund or the option to select another item.


  • I will credit your original method of payment, minus postage charges (unless goods were faulty or not as ordered).


  • If you would like to exchange for a different colour or style, please follow the same instructions as above and include $9.00 (cheque, money order or credit card details) for re-delivery within Australia.
  • You also have the option of sending back your own pre-paid or express post satchel for re-delivery if you choose.

Wrong Size

  • No re-delivery fee applies when exchanging due to size only.

  • SimplySleepwear endeavours to reproduce all colours as accurately as possible, however sometimes there may be slight variation to what you see on the web site. This can be due to photography lighting, computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
